SB 1094 -- SPECIAL BUSINESS DISTRICTS IN SPRINGFIELD

This bill allows the City of Springfield to dissolve special
business districts.  Any proceeds from the disposal of the assets
of a district must be used by the city for the purposes of the
district within the former district's boundaries.
